TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR SWIMMING CLASSES GENERATION SCHOOL SUNNINGDALE

1. I understand that the Generation Swimming Academy registration fee is due annually from January to December of each year.

2. I agree that missed lessons are not credited. These lessons can be made up during the weekdays.

3. I agree that no lessons will be carried over from one month to the next.

4. I understand that no pupil may enter the pool before their lesson has begun, and they must exit the pool immediately after the lesson has ended.

5. Please be prompt for lessons. If you should arrive late for a lesson, your lesson time will be shortened.

6. Fees will be increased on an annual basis in January each year.

7. Acceptance of Risk
By enrolling in swim lessons or using any of the facilities at Generation Schools/Generation Swimming Academy, the participant and/or guardian acknowledges and accepts the inherent risks associated with water-based activities. These include, but are not limited to, drowning, injury from slips and falls, and physical strain.

8. Waiver of Liability
Generation Schools/Generation Swimming Academy and its staff, contractors, or affiliates will not be held liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, or damage suffered by participants or their guardians. This includes incidents occurring within the swimming facility or surrounding areas, arising from participation in swim lessons or other related activities.

9. Medical Conditions
It is the responsibility of the participant or guardian to inform Generation Schools/Generation Swimming Academy of any existing medical conditions or disabilities that may affect participation in swim lessons. Generation Schools/Generation Swimming Academy shall not be responsible for any injuries or complications resulting from pre-existing conditions not disclosed at the time of registration.

10. Facility Usage
All participants must adhere to the facility's rules and regulations, which are displayed on-site. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the termination of participation without refund. Generation Schools/Generation Swimming Academy is not liable for any injury or damage caused by participants' failure to follow these guidelines.

11. Release of Claims
By participating in lessons or activities at Generation Schools/Generation Swimming Academy, the participant or guardian agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Generation Schools/Generation Swimming Academy, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, demands, actions, or causes of action related to injury, death, or property damage, regardless of whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
